Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located just 10 minutes from downtown Boston in Woburn, making it a great spot for tourists. The rooms, though possibly in the process of updating, can be quite nice, but some areas like the bathrooms may need attention. The service was amazing, especially from the staff members Saxon and Sully who were responsive and efficient. The location is ideal as it is close to highways and just north of Boston, but the restaurant prices could be a bit high. The dining experience offered fresh and healthy dishes, but the timing was not suitable for our early departure. Overall, a well-located hotel with some room for improvements.
The hotel claimed to have executive rooms, but they fell short of expectations upon arrival. However, the staff were accommodating and pleasant during our stay in Boston and wider Massachusetts. The location was convenient, just a 20-minute ride from Boston, though there were some issues with bathroom steam. Overall, the accommodations were excellent and very close to downtown Boston.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering great comfort. The service was exceptional, especially from Olivia at the front desk, who went above and beyond to assist us. The location was perfect for our needs, and the dining experience was fantastic. However, the room was smaller than expected.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and just fine for my week-long visit, although some areas need updating. They were clean and very comfortable, offering good value for the price. The service was very helpful and accommodating, especially in assisting with special accommodations. The location was perfect for exploring the area, although a tad cold. Dining options were a bit pricey and could have been better. The facilities met basic needs but had room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although starting to look a little tired, were nice and clean. They were better than nice - exactly like the one pictured, unlike most hotels I've stayed at in the past. The service was a bit of a hit and miss with all very friendly staff but some instances of being slightly impatient and rude. The location, secluded yet convenient, was relaxing with plenty of food options, but some staff members seemed overwhelmed. The dining experience was delightful with Natalia offering a warm welcome and great service, making it very special.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a small kitchenette and large living area, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay. however, there were minor challenges with responsiveness late at night. The location is beautiful and relaxing, convenient to most destinations in the area. The dining experience is pleasant with delicious options. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had a balcony with a view of the pool which was nice, but they were starting to look a little tired and were not as clean as I would have liked. The service was top-notch, very professional and always greeted me with a smile, although it felt a bit overpriced. The location was convenient, close to the highways and just North of Boston, but the rooms could definitely use some updating. The dining experience was pleasant overall, with a nice buffet, but there were some cleanliness issues observed throughout the hotel. The facilities were adequate, but not outstanding.
