Hilton Boston-Woburn Hotel, Woburn

The hotel is located just 10 minutes from downtown Boston in Woburn, making it a great spot for tourists. The rooms, though possibly in the process of updating, can be quite nice, but some areas like the bathrooms may need attention. The service was amazing, especially from the staff members Saxon and Sully who were responsive and efficient. The location is ideal as it is close to highways and just north of Boston, but the restaurant prices could be a bit high. The dining experience offered fresh and healthy dishes, but the timing was not suitable for our early departure. Overall, a well-located hotel with some room for improvements.

The hotel claimed to have executive rooms, but they fell short of expectations upon arrival. However, the staff were accommodating and pleasant during our stay in Boston and wider Massachusetts.
